Best time for game drive in Uganda
Game drives in Uganda can be done all year round though the best period is during the dry season in the months of June, July, August, September, December, January and February. During the dry season the national parks receive little or less rainfall therefore access roads and game tracks in the park will be dry and passable. During the dry season vegetation and grass will be thin and short due to less rainfall which makes wildlife viewing easy.
