Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Pick up and transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
Depending on your location in Kampala on the first day of the 3 Days Murchison Falls Holiday Safari, our company expert driver-guide will pick you up early in the morning, brief you about the safari, and then transfer you to Murchison Falls National Park. On the way, you will enjoy beautiful views of the countryside and scenic scenery among others. Upon arrival, you will check into the lodge for late lunch and relaxation after you will embark on an evening game drive in the park where you will be able to explore animals including buffaloes, elephants, Jackson’s hartebeest, Oribi, Uganda kobs, waterbucks, view lions and leopards if you are lucky among others. After the evening game drive, you will drive to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at Nile safari lodge-luxury or Pakuba Safari Lodge – Mid-range

Day 2: Morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise
After an early breakfast, you will meet up with your driver-guide head for the morning game drive which begins very early in the morning at around 6 am. During the game drive, you will be able to view different animal species such as elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, Jackson’s hartebeest, lions, waterbucks, warthogs, leopards, Uganda kobs, and others. After the game drive, you will drive to the lodge for lunch.
After lunch, you will head for an impressive boat cruise to the bottom of the falls where you will have a high opportunity to cruise meters away from animals such as elephants, buffaloes, Uganda kobs, warthogs, and waterbucks which will be drinking water along the shores, view hippos and Nile crocodiles in the water, aquatic bird species many others. After the boat cruise, you will embark on an evening game drive in the park and later drive back to the lodge. Have dinner and overnight stay as above.

Day 3: Departure to Kampala via Ziwa rhino sanctuary
After an early breakfast on the last day of the 3 Days Murchison Falls Holiday Safari, followed by check out of the lodge and meet up with your driver-guide to embark on a short game drive where you will be able to view some of the animals that you might have missed the previous day. After the game drive, you will drive out of the park and depart to Kampala with an en-route lunch and a stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino rhino-tracking adventure. Arrive in Kampala in the evening and upon arrival, your driver-guide will drop you off at any place of your choice.
