Day1 Transfer to the Source of the Nile

Depending on your location in Kampala or Entebbe, our skilled driver will pick you up from the hotel but will first brief you about the 1-day tour to Source of the Nile then after transfer to the Source of the Nile which is estimated 2:10 hours by road from Kampala Uganda’s capital city to Jinja.
On your way to the Jinja tour, you will have a stopover at Mabira forest in the Buikwe district for a guided nature walk where you expect to see various monkey species, and tree species among others. After your nature walk, proceed to Jinja town for a picnic lunch.
After lunch, embark on a boat cruise on the River Nile, an experience that lasts 1 to 2 hours while cruising on the calm water of the Nile. During your boat cruise, you will be able to view a list of quadric bird species like kingfisher, and animals like monitor lizards, and crocodiles along the shores of the Nile and also enjoy the sunset viewing in the evening. After the boat cruise, you will meet up with your driver to depart back to Kampala.
