Detailed itinerary
Day 1: Pick up and transfer to Murchison Falls National Park,
Depending on your location on the first day of the 5 days Murchison falls and Lake Mburo national park safari, you will be welcomed by our company driver representative who will brief you about the safari and then transfer to Murchison Falls National Park. The journey takes about 5 to 6 hours’ drive and on the way you will have a stopover for en-route lunch. After lunch, you will continue to Murchison falls national park and upon arrival in the park you will drive directly to the top of the falls where you will enjoy breathtaking views of the waterfalls, scenery, animals many others. From the top of the falls you will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay at Pakuba safari lodge-midrange or Parkside safari lodge-budget.

Day 2: Morning game drive and boat cruise to the bottom of the falls
After an early breakfast on the second day of the safari, your driver guide will pick you up from the lodge to go for a morning game drive where you will be able to explore numerous animal species such as buffaloes, elephants, waterbucks, warthogs, giraffes, Uganda kobs grazing in the savannah plains with due, view predators like hyenas, lions, leopards among others before going back to their hiding areas, view different bird species many more. After the game drive, you will drive back to the lodge for lunch.
After lunch you will go for an impressive boat cruise to the bottom of the falls where you will be able to view hippos and Nile crocodiles in water, view animal species including elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, antelopes along the water banks, view water bird species like fish eagle, kingfishers, cormorants among many. After the boat cruise you will drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight as above.

Day 3: Transfer from Murchison falls national park to Kampala via Ziwa rhino sanctuary
On the third day of the safari, you will enjoy a delicious breakfast, check out of the lodge and meet up with your driver guide to depart back to Kampala. On the way you will have a stopover at Ziwa rhino sanctuary for rhino tracking where after you will proceed with en-route lunch. After lunch, you will proceed the journey to Kampala. On arriving, you will check into the lodge for dinner and overnight stay at Fairway hotel-midrange or Forest cottages-budget

Day 4: Transfer to Lake Mburo national park-afternoon boat cruise
On the fourth day of the safari, you will enjoy breakfast at the lodge and your driver guide will pick you up to drive to Lake Mburo National Park. The journey takes about 4 to 5 hours’ drive and on the way you will have a stopover at the Equator in Kayabwe where you will buy craft souvenirs and take memorable photography. From the Equator you will drive and upon arrival enjoy lunch.
After lunch you will go for an amazing boat cruise where you will be able to view animals such as buffaloes, warthogs, antelopes among others along the shores, view hippos and Nile crocodiles in water, view fishermen preparing their fishing nets many many others. After the boat cruise you will go for a short game drive in the park where you will be rewarded with great views of animals such as giraffes, waterbucks, buffaloes, zebras, impalas, elands, warthogs, leopards among others before heading back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay at Arcadia cottages-midrange or Eagles nest-budget

Day 5: Guided nature walk and departure to Kampala
On the last day of the 5 days Murchison falls and Lake Mburo national park safari, you will enjoy an early relaxed breakfast, check out of the lodge and then meet up with your driver guide to go for an amazing nature walk in the park where you will be able to watch animals enjoying the taste of the salty licks which are made up of water and soil, listen to sweet sounds of bird species, view different plant and tree species, enjoy the cool breeze among many. After the nature walk you will meet up with your driver guide and transfer back to Kampala with en-route lunch at the Equator. From the Equator you will continue the journey to Kampala and upon arrival, your driver guide will drop you off at Entebbe international airport for your departure flight or drop you off at any place of your choice.
