Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Pick up and transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
Depending on your location in Kampala/ Entebbe on the first day of the 3 Days Uganda Murchison Falls Safari, you will be welcomed by our experienced driver guide who will brief you about the safari and then transfer to Murchison Falls National Park which lies in northwestern Uganda. On the way, you will have a stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino tracking and then continue the journey with another stopover in Masindi town for a picnic lunch. After lunch, you will continue the journey to Murchison Falls National Park. Arrive in the park and drive directly to the top of the falls where you will enjoy impressive views of the waterfalls, water splashes, views of bird species many more. From the top of the falls, you will drive to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at Pakuba Safari lodge-midrange or Parkside Safari lodge-budget.

Day 2: Morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise
You will wake up early and have an excellent breakfast on the second day of the 3 Days Uganda Murchison Falls Safari, you will meet up with your driver guide to embark on the morning game drive which starts very early in the morning when most animals are active. During the game drive you will be able to explore different animals such as elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, Jackson’s hartebeest, lions, waterbucks, warthogs, leopards, Uganda kobs, and bird species among others. After the game drive, return back to the lodge for lunch.
After lunch, you will head for an interesting boat cruise adventure to the bottom of the falls where you will have high opportunity to cruise meters away from animals to see including elephants, buffaloes, Uganda kobs, warthogs, waterbucks which will be drinking water along the shores, view large concentrations of hippos and Nile crocodiles in water, aquatic bird species among others. After the interesting boat ride, you will meet your driver guide and return to the lodge for an evening relaxation. Dinner and overnight as above.

Day 3: Departure to Kampala
On the last day of the 3 Days Uganda Murchison Falls Safari, you will have a relaxed breakfast served with delicious snacks, check out of the lodge, and meet up with your driver guide to embark on a short game drive where you will be able to watch animals that you might have missed during the previous game drive. After the game drive, you will drive out of the park and depart to Kampala with an en-route lunch. Upon arrival, your driver’s guide will drop you off at any place of your convenience.
